No Summer Meadow is complete without butterflies. This has also inspired us, and over the years we have managed to design several butterfly jewellery pieces.

SAGA LILLA Butterfly Necklace is one of those we have made from bent silver wires, for a more classic handcrafted look. A living butterfly is one of nature’s most beautiful creatures. Our SAGA LILLA Butterfly also has a beauty all of its own, which lasts forever.

The name is a combination from Bellman’s classic “Fjäril vingad syns på Haga” and this piece of jewellery’s more “fairytale-like” expression, which became SAGA LILLA Butterfly necklace.

SAGA LILLA Butterfly is the little sister of SAGA FJÄRIL – small but just as beautiful.

Crafted by goldsmiths in Finland

All our jewellery is handmade by trained goldsmiths in our own workshop in Åland, Finland. Every piece is created from 100% recycled metal.

Where does my jewellery come from?

Åland – a tranquil island in the Baltic Sea, between Finland and Sweden. Here, in the beautiful Maritime Quarter in the heart of Mariehamn, you’ll find both our store and our workshop.

Guldviva was born in Åland in 1989 and has always kept its production here. For us, it has been important to have full control over the entire process, where jewellery making and sales go hand in hand. This way, we can ensure the highest quality and offer personal service. With us, you always know where your jewellery comes from – right here in Åland.
