These terms apply when you use our website Guldviva.com and purchase our jewellery and associated products from Guldviva.
All sales on this site are made via GV Scandinavia AB (Org. No. 556791-0418), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Guldviva Ab. Here you can find all our contact details.
HOW TO BUY FROM US To buy from us, you must accept these terms and conditions of purchase. You do this by creating an account or providing your information at checkout. You must be at least 18 years old and it must be legal for you to use our website and receive our products.

Payment by invoice is only available to customers shopping in countries where Klarna Invoice via Klarna Global is available. Card payments are verified with 3D Secure.
The payment transmission service Paytrail is carried out and provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient on the bank account or card statement and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license granted by the Financial Supervisory Authority. In the event of complaints or claims, we ask you to first contact the service provider.

DELIVERY We ship your products to the address you provided at the time of purchase. Here you can find our delivery times. You are responsible for receiving your products and ensuring that the delivery address is correct.
