These terms apply to Guldviva’s bonus and membership system as well as to all discounts and offers that we provide. The terms cover both you who are a registered bonus customer and you who take part in our discounts and offers without being a member.

By shopping with us and/or registering as a bonus customer, you accept these terms.

1. Earning bonus

With every purchase at Guldviva, you earn a bonus corresponding to 10% of the amount you spend. The bonus is registered to your personal account and can be used for a future purchase.

Earned bonus is valid for two (2) years from the date the purchase was made. Thereafter, any unused bonus will expire.

2. Use of bonus

Earned bonus:

• Cannot be redeemed for cash.
  

• Cannot be transferred to another person.
  

• Cannot be combined with other offers, campaigns or discounts (unless otherwise stated).
  

• Can only be used when purchasing products at regular price.
  

The bonus is deducted from the purchase amount at the time of purchase and cannot be used retroactively.

3. Multiple registered accounts

If you have registered with several email addresses, you are responsible for choosing which account you wish to collect bonus on. Bonuses and offers are linked to each respective account and cannot be merged afterwards.

4. Use of discounts and offers

When using discounts and offers, one (1) account may be used per purchase.

It is not permitted to:

• Combine multiple discounts, discount codes, offers or bonus on the same purchase.
  

• Use multiple accounts in order to combine discounts, offers or bonus to achieve a higher total discount, even if these have been received via different registered email addresses.
  

Unless otherwise stated, discounts are only valid during the specified period and cannot be applied retroactively.

5. Personal membership

Your bonus account is personal and may only be used by you. Bonus cannot be shared, transferred or used by another person, including a family member or friend, even with your consent. It is also not permitted to collect bonus to someone else’s account.

6. Abuse and suspension

If abuse of the bonus or discount system is suspected, Guldviva reserves the right to:

• Cancel bonus
  

• Cancel discount
  

• Temporarily or permanently suspend the account
  
  

Abuse may include, for example, unauthorised combination of discounts, use of multiple accounts in order to circumvent the terms, or other manipulation of the system.

7. Changes to the terms

Guldviva reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website and apply from the date of publication.
