Here is a guide on how to use your bonus points in our webshop, smoothly and easily!
1) Log in to your account
To see your bonus balance, log in to your account on the website. You log in by clicking on the “little person icon” in the upper right corner.
2) Log in
You do not need a password to log in to your account; instead, you always log in with a one-time code that is sent to you by email. Smooth and easy!
Enter your email address and wait for the code. Didn’t receive a code? Check your spam folder.
3) Enter the code
Enter the six-digit code you received by email and click “send”.
4) Use your points
To see your bonus balance, go to the “store” from the homepage. At the bottom of the page you’ll see a black bar where you can access your bonus. Click on it.
You will now see your name and your total bonus balance. You can use as many points as you like, and you do not have to use your total bonus if you don’t want to. Click on "Use your points" next to the amount you wish to redeem.
5) Click on "Yes please" to use the bonus points.
6) Done!
