Competition rules
General information:
a. The competition is organized by Guldviva AB.
b. The competition runs from December 1 to December 24.
c. Each day a new slot in our Christmas calendar will be opened, and the content will be presented on our website and via our social media channels.
Participation:
a. To participate in the competition, you must register via our website, Guldviva.com, and confirm your participation in the email we send you after registration.
b. No purchase is required to participate in the competition.
About the competition:
a. Each day, the participants of the Christmas calendar are given a chance to win the jewelry presented in the current slot.
b. The winners will be selected by a random draw among all participants.
Competition prizes:
a. The prizes consist of the jewelry presented in the slot on the day in question.
b. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services.
c. Any tax on winnings is paid by the winner.
Message to the winner:
a. The winners of each day's competition will be notified personally by email and published on Guldviva's social media channels.
b. If the winner cannot be reached within seven (7)] days, we reserve the right to select a new winner.
Personal data:
a. By participating in the competition, participants agree that their personal data will be recorded and used for the purpose of running the competition and communication during the competition period.
b. All processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection regulation.
Other:
a. Guldviva reserves the right to change the rules of the competition and to cancel the competition in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
b. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.
