SPINDEL necklace consists of a fine little spider in antiqued silver. We have also antiqued the chain so that it matches the spider.
An unusual piece of jewellery that can turn out just right. Dare to try it. Some people love this little pendant, and it suits both younger and older wearers.
The spider is a misunderstood little fellow. Many people have an ingrained phobia of spiders, but here in the Nordic countries we actually have no real reason for that.
They are not dangerous and are quite useful as they eat and keep other insects in check.
It is not known where the children’s song "Imse vimse spindel" comes from, but it is known throughout the Nordic countries and in several languages. The gestures you make to it, however, seem to be universal.
