The purpose of the data is to maintain contact options with GULDVIVA AB’s customers, as well as to collect information about individual customers’ purchases in order to calculate the bonus earned for each customer. Customers are only registered upon request when purchasing in store and when they make purchases through www.guldviva.com.

Customers who sell silver and gold items to GULDVIVA AB are registered as suppliers. In these cases, bank account details are also registered to enable payment to the customer’s bank account.  

Customers are divided into categories according to customer or supplier (for the sale of metal items), country and place of purchase (store or webshop). The register contains name and address, as well as email. Information about the customer’s language is also stored. Furthermore, information about the recipient of the goods is recorded if the customer has requested this, in that case only with name without contact details, as well as information about consent to receive marketing information.

The contact details are stored so that the annual bonus voucher based on the customer’s yearly purchases can be sent, as well as for the company’s email mailings. The customer can choose to unsubscribe from the email mailings, in which case the email address is deleted.

 

Guldviva neither sells, rents out nor markets your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with third parties when they perform services on our behalf, for example:

• Process orders
• Deliver parcel
• Maintenance of our Klubb Guldviva programme
• Send marketing material
• Conducting surveys and analyses

Guldviva reserves the right to transfer personal data and other information obtained from the user to the authorities in the event of a violation of applicable laws and regulations.

The register is stored electronically and protected with firewalls and other technical methods. Only authorised representatives of Guldviva have the right to access and update the register. Each authorised register administrator uses personal login details.

Guldviva.com uses SSL encryption (Secure Sockets Layer) to protect your personal information during data transmission. SSL protects the information you send via our websites, such as order information like name and address.

As a customer you can choose to:

1. Unsubscribe from receiving marketing material or promotional offers, marketing material via email, telephone or mobile.
2. Update and correct your personal information.
3. Cancel the account or request that we no longer use your information to provide services to you.
