This handmade piece of jewelry is inspired by a versatile crop. A crop with low climate impact that has fed many and soothed many minds. Something as simple and natural as potatoes, their leaves, and spirits.

In this piece all parts are joined with a snake chain and form the whole of Eva’s discovery. The potato with its leaves and a cubic zirconia symbolising the schnapps made from potato starch.

Crafted by goldsmiths in Finland

All our jewellery is handmade by trained goldsmiths in our own workshop in Åland, Finland. Every piece is created from 100% recycled metal.

Where does my jewellery come from?

Åland – a tranquil island in the Baltic Sea, between Finland and Sweden. Here, in the beautiful Maritime Quarter in the heart of Mariehamn, you’ll find both our store and our workshop.

Guldviva was born in Åland in 1989 and has always kept its production here. For us, it has been important to have full control over the entire process, where jewellery making and sales go hand in hand. This way, we can ensure the highest quality and offer personal service. With us, you always know where your jewellery comes from – right here in Åland.
