This piece of jewellery too has been inspired by our surroundings in the Maritime Quarter. The piece is made of sterling silver but antiqued to bring out a more unpolished feel. The standard chain is also antiqued.

This piece of jewellery is especially suitable for someone who enjoys being on the sea, or perhaps for someone who has rowed home a project that is now securely moored? The symbolism suits many things.

All our jewellery is handmade by trained goldsmiths in our own workshop in Åland, Finland. Every piece is created from 100% recycled metal.

Where does my jewellery come from?

Åland – a tranquil island in the Baltic Sea, between Finland and Sweden. Here, in the beautiful Maritime Quarter in the heart of Mariehamn, you’ll find both our store and our workshop.

Guldviva was born in Åland in 1989 and has always kept its production here. For us, it has been important to have full control over the entire process, where jewellery making and sales go hand in hand. This way, we can ensure the highest quality and offer personal service. With us, you always know where your jewellery comes from – right here in Åland.
