HOW TO BUY FROM US To buy from us, you must accept these rules and terms of purchase. You do this by creating an account or providing information at checkout. You must be at least 18 years old and it must be legal for you to use our website and receive our products.

A refund will be made after we have received proof that the products have been returned to us, and the refund will generally be made in the same way as the customer’s payment was made. RETURNS FOR WITHDRAWN PURCHASES You pay for the return shipping and the products must be unused.

COMPLAINTS You have the right to make a complaint about your purchase if the product is faulty, damaged, or if we have not met the delivery times we have stated here.
