Our life on Åland means that we are never far from the water. We are inspired by the sea. Sometimes it is calm and mirror-like and sometimes it is wild and untamable.

VÅGEN is a ring that in its simplicity symbolizes the movement of the ocean waves. You can wear it on its own or combine it with several VÅGEN rings.

Crafted by goldsmiths in Finland

All our jewellery is handmade by trained goldsmiths in our own workshop in Åland, Finland. Every piece is created from 100% recycled metal.

Where does my jewellery come from?

Åland – a tranquil island in the Baltic Sea, between Finland and Sweden. Here, in the beautiful Maritime Quarter in the heart of Mariehamn, you’ll find both our store and our workshop.

Guldviva was born in Åland in 1989 and has always kept its production here. For us, it has been important to have full control over the entire process, where jewellery making and sales go hand in hand. This way, we can ensure the highest quality and offer personal service. With us, you always know where your jewellery comes from – right here in Åland.
